We are honored to co-organize SMPTE-HK 29th Anniversary Seminar and Events to be held from November 2 to 3, 2023.
We are back in the game and this will be a great opportunity for all of us to mingle, exchange views and update ourselves on the latest technologies.

In 2016 five veterans of the motion picture and television industries got together at a casual meeting. After some discussions they deemed it necessary to set up an organization which would be tasked to provide, among other things, training to local young workforce. After consultation with their lawyer, the Society of Motion Imaging (SMI) was established as a company limited by guarantee.
